Introduction

Through this middleware integration, you can connect your POS system with the Glovo platform. The middleware handles order notifications (new and canceled orders) and menu updates for Glovo stores.

IMPORTANT

To enable the middleware integration between your POS and the Glovo platform, at least two operations are required:

• The notification reception operation
• The menu update operation

Once the integration is activated, the content of Glovo stores will be exclusively managed through the middleware.

PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

This documentation is intended for the production environment.

Test stores are available on the production infrastructure in a dedicated fake city zone. Test stores allow you to:

• Test the complete integration flow with real infrastructure
• Receive test order notifications
• Test menu updates

To request access to a test store, contact pos.integrations@appsmart.ro after implementing the formats according to the documentation.

Authentication

All API endpoints require authentication via the Authorization header. The integration token is provided by the integration team.

The token can be sent directly or with the Bearer prefix. Both formats are accepted.
