2026-08-10 — Delivery retry, managed by you

You can enable delivery retry yourself from the portal, under Profil → Reincercare la livrare, and choose the attempt count, the delays and which HTTP codes count as success.

It stays off by default: we send once, as before. Nothing changes for existing integrations until you turn it on.

2026-08-08 — Order lookup in the portal

You can look up any order from your stores by order_code and see the timeline, the request sent to you, your response, the delivery attempts and the errors.

2026-08-05 — Test stores, allocated by you

You can allocate a test store yourself from the portal, configure your webhook and release it when you are done. The allocation lasts two weeks and expires on its own.

Previously, a test store had to be requested by email.

2024-02-05 — Temporary closing

Temporary store closing was introduced, up to a date and time you set.

2023-10-11 — Itemised fees and discounts

The order notification gained new fields.

`detailed_fees`

Code	Description
`DeliveryFee`	The delivery fee, on restaurant-delivered orders.
`MinimumBasketSurcharge`	A surcharge for orders below the minimum.
`ServiceFee`	A service fee collected by the restaurant.

`glovo_discounts`

Discounts borne by the platform: GlovoDiscount, GlovoSupportedDeliveryFee, Other.

`restaurant_discounts`

Discounts borne by the restaurant: RestaurantDiscount.

`products_total`

The product total, before fees and discounts. Different from payment_total.

Product-level `discount`

Each product may carry its own discount, representing only the restaurant-borne discount. The platform’s discount does not appear at product level.
